Deeper professional diagnostics—such as specialized testing or tracing—start at $125. We’ll explain the need for that work and get your approval before proceeding. It is separate from the complimentary initial visit and from any repairs.
What if you can’t identify the issue?
If we can’t identify the issue, there is no diagnostic charge. This applies to the diagnostic charge, not to repair work.
Are repairs included?
No. The complimentary service call is the initial visit, not free repairs. We’ll explain the recommended work and pricing and get your approval before any paid repairs.
Do I have to approve testing or buy a new system?
No. There is no pressure or obligation to proceed. We’ll explain the findings and available options so you can decide what is right for your home.

This service is for heating and air conditioning only. StayCool plumbing is coming soon.
