After the assessment, we’ll explain the findings, available options, and the price of the proposed work. Repairs and replacement are quoted for your home. No paid work goes ahead without your approval, and there’s no obligation to proceed.

Is the initial service call really free?
Yes. Your initial HVAC visit is complimentary. We’ll listen to your concerns, assess the situation, and explain the findings and next steps. The visit does not include free repairs, and you’re not obligated to approve paid work.
What do deeper diagnostics starting at $125 cover?
Deeper professional diagnosis involves specialized testing or tracing when more investigation is needed to identify the issue. We explain the need and get your approval before that paid testing begins. It is separate from the complimentary initial visit and from repair work.
What if the issue can’t be identified?
If we can’t identify the issue, there is no diagnostic charge. This policy applies only to the diagnostic charge. Repair work is separate, with its own explained quote and your approval before work begins.
Why isn’t there a repair or replacement price list?
The right scope of work depends on the assessment, your equipment, and the options you choose. We provide a personalized repair or replacement quote after assessing the situation, explain it, and get your approval before paid work.
Do I have to agree to the quote?
No. We’ll explain the findings and your options without pressure or obligation. You decide whether to approve deeper diagnostics, repairs, or replacement.
Can I get help with an HVAC emergency?
